Weekly Wellness Tip from the Nurse's Office:  Eat some breakfast!  Eating a nutritious breakfast ( not doughnuts or pop tarts) offers many benefits, including increased energy, better physical and mental performance, lower cholesterol and better weight control.  Breakfasts that include some protein, such as eggs or nuts,  are especially good at keeping you satisfied all the way to lunch.

Thank you and have a Monumental Monday!
